Role Overview
The Telecaller will handle inbound calls and warm leads generated through our marketing channels. The primary responsibility is to respond to inquiries, provide accurate information about our solar services, and assist customers in the next steps like arranging site visits. This is a support-driven role with no sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend inbound calls and respond professionally to customer inquiries
• Engage with warm leads generated from website, ads, and social media campaigns
• Provide detailed and clear information about solar systems and related services
• Record and update customer details and conversation summaries in CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling of site surveys
• Follow up with customers for pending information or appointment confirmation
• Maintain strong call quality and customer handling standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
• Basic knowledge of solar industry is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Proficient in Hindi; Basic English preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools will be beneficial
