Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive (IT Services)
Location: Noida Sector - 63
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to support our IT services business. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and initial client engagement for services such as software development, digital solutions, and IT consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B / B2C as per campaign)
• Generate qualified leads for IT services
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM or Excel)
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure
Required Skills:
• Good English communication (spoken is mandatory)
• Basic understanding of IT services (training can be provided)
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools)
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation
• Experience in IT, software, or digital marketing domain (plus point)
