About Pamper at Home

Pamper at Home is a growing doorstep beauty & wellness company providing professional salon and beauty services at customers’ homes across Delhi NCR.

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can handle customer conversations, convert leads into bookings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and chat.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right services.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Follow up with customers who have not completed their booking.

• Handle customer queries regarding services, pricing, availability and offers.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Operations

• Coordinate daily bookings between customers and beauty professionals.

• Assign professionals according to location, service and availability.

• Track bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and service completion.

• Coordinate with professionals regarding timings, locations and customer requirements.

• Handle last-minute operational issues and find quick solutions.

• Maintain daily booking and sales records.

• Assist in managing staff attendance, availability and basic performance tracking.

• Coordinate basic inventory requirements when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Hinglish.

• Confident and persuasive while speaking with customers.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Good follow-up skills and ability to convert leads.

• Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

• Prior experience in sales, beauty/wellness, salon, hospitality, e-commerce or operations will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The ideal candidate should be someone who doesn’t just answer calls but takes ownership of the entire customer journey — from enquiry to booking to successful service completion.

You should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + performance incentives

Additional incentives can be linked to achieving monthly sales targets.

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly offs as per company policy.
