We are looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Associates /Telecallers to join our growing team at Sector-75 office in Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P.. You will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting residential/commercial options and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective buyers from provided leads to present residential and commercial real estate projects across Noida and Greater Noida.
Understand client's budget, location preferences, and property requirements to recommend suitable sites/options.
Persuade interested buyers to visit property sites and coordinate meetings with the direct sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th / Graduation and minimum one year experience in the relevant field. The position requires strong communication skill, Computer knowledge, high energy, goal-oriented, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
