Key Responsibilities

Student Advising: Assess a student's educational background and career aspirations to recommend appropriate courses or degree programs. [1, 2]
Application Processing: Guide prospective students through application procedures, verify documents, and ensure forms meet institutional standards. [1, 2]
Query Resolution: Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails, addressing questions regarding eligibility criteria, fee structures, and campus life. [1, 2]
Outreach & Recruitment: Participate in college fairs, school visits, and information sessions to attract new students. [1]
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status using CRM software. [1, 2]
Financial Guidance: Provide information on available scholarships, student loans, and financial aid options. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Essential Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate program value and build rapport with students and parents.
Organization: Strong administrative and multitasking skills to manage large databases of student information.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM databases, data entry, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
