Role Overview – Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who will work from office and focus on:

• Cold calling

• CRM management

• Lead generation

• Sales coordination

• MS Office reporting

⚠️ This is NOT a Business Development / Field Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Cold Calling & Lead Follow-ups

• Daily outbound calls to potential clients

• Follow-up with warm and hot leads

• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

2️⃣ CRM Handling

• Update and manage customer database

• Track leads, inquiries and conversions

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records

3️⃣ Lead Generation

• Generate leads through calling, online platforms and database research

• Identify potential business opportunities

• Coordinate with marketing team for campaign leads

4️⃣ MS Office Work

• Prepare quotations and proposals

• Maintain Excel sheets for sales tracking

• Create daily / weekly sales reports

• Documentation & email communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Sales (Inside Sales preferred)

• Strong cold calling experience

• Hands-on experience in MS Word & MS Excel

• CRM software knowledge

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Target-oriented mindset

• Professional email drafting ability
