We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Skd Propworld Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on leads generated by the sales team and convert them into potential clients. Manage end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to clients.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Assist and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets. Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
Maintain proper follow-ups with clients and ensure timely responses.
Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
