VGC E-Commerce Solution is an e-commerce consulting and account management company that helps sellers grow their businesses on online marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, and Meesho through account management, listing optimization, advertising, and account reinstatement services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.

• Identify potential e-commerce sellers and explain company services.

• Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.

• Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.

• Prepare and share service proposals, quotations, and agreements.

• Stay updated on marketplace trends and seller requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.

• Confidence in handling customer interactions.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.

Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Prior sales, telecalling, or business development experience is an advantage.
