Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Finance / Loan Process)

Location: Indore
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: Fixed + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Call customers from provided database
Explain loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan)
Collect basic customer details and requirements
Coordinate with sales team for file processing
Follow up with customers till disbursement
Maintain daily call and lead records

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Confident and polite calling style
Basic knowledge of loans or sales (training will be provided)
Ability to achieve daily calling targets
