📌 Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle CRM-assigned leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and manage the complete customer journey from enquiry to post-trip support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills to deliver an exceptional pilgrimage travel experience.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Handle CRM-assigned leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Recommend personalized pilgrimage travel packages based on customer requirements.
Manage the complete customer journey from enquiry to post-trip follow-up.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for seamless travel execution.
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
✅ Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel/MS Office.
Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
Passion for travel, tourism, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
