🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, references & networking 📞

• Onboard new clients & open Demat/Trading accounts 🧾

• Educate clients about stock market, investments & trading platforms 📊

• Sell broking services, mutual funds, SIPs & other products 💹

• Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs 🎯

• Build long-term client relationships & ensure satisfaction 🤝

• Stay updated with market trends & regulations 📉📈

• Coordinate with operations & research team for smooth service 🔄

✅ Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business or related field 🎓

• Basic understanding & strong interest in stock market 📈

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills 🗣️

• Self-motivated, target-driven & team player 🚀

• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines ⏱️

• NISM Certification (Series VII – Equity Derivatives) is a plus ⭐
