Job Summary

Suggest Financial Services is looking for dynamic, Health Insurance Sales Executives with experience in tele calling and insurance sales. Candidates with hands-on experience in Health Insurance .

The role involves handling portability leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable health insurance policies, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell health insurance products through tele calling.

• Generate and convert leads into New Business (NOP & Premium).

• Handle renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.

• Manage health insurance portability leads and convert enquiries into policies.

• Explain policy coverage, continuity benefits, waiting periods, premiums, and other relevant policy features to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Handle customer objections, queries, and regular follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate CRM/MIS and calling records.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be measured on New Business NOP & Premium, Lead Conversion, Portability Conversion, Cross-sell/Upsell, and Calling & Follow-up Productivity.

Candidate Profile

• 06 months –2 years of experience in Insurance/Health Insurance Tele sales preferred.

• Health Insurance tele calling experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of Insurance sales will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Ability to consistently follow up with leads and drive conversions.
