Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle B2B sales, generate new business, follow up with existing and potential customers, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate should be confident in customer communication, lead follow-ups, quotation handling and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms and field visits.

• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

• Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, samples and pending enquiries.

• Promote and explain Sri Krishna Polymers' products to customers.

• Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.

• Coordinate with production, accounts, dispatch and management for order execution.

• Maintain customer, lead, enquiry, quotation and order details in Google Sheets/CRM.

• Track payments, pending orders and customer requirements.

• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities when required.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate important requirements to management.

• Maintain proper daily sales activity and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B/industrial/manufacturing sales.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic English communication with Hindi/Telugu proficiency.

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp and basic computer applications.

• Should be target-oriented, disciplined and capable of consistent follow-up.

• Ability to negotiate professionally and convert leads into orders.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings/field sales when required.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 fixed salary + average ₹5,000 monthly incentive
