We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to sell residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will generate qualified leads, present project plans, amenities, payment schedules, and future ROI, handle client queries and objections, coordinate site or mock-up viewings, and close bookings while ensuring all legal disclosures and project approvals are clearly communicated.
You should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be results-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment, and familiar with local real estate regulations. Prior experience in real estate or pre-sales / off-plan projects is highly preferred. You will get a base salary plus incentives tied to your performance.
