Role Overview:
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who will handle incoming leads from social media, referrals, ads, and other sources. Your role is to communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, qualify serious prospects, and schedule meetings/site visits for the founder.
The founder will handle final meetings and deal closures.
Responsibilities:
Call new leads within assigned response time
Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website inquiries
Understand client requirements:
Interior project
Construction project
Real estate inquiry
Ask qualifying questions:
Budget
Location
Project timeline
Property status
Filter hot/warm/cold leads
Schedule physical meetings/site visits for qualified leads
Maintain lead data in CRM/Google Sheets
Follow up with warm leads regularly
Coordinate meeting schedules with founder
Share company profile, portfolio, and project details with prospects
Ensure no lead gets missed
Ideal Candidate:
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Comfortable on calls and WhatsApp chats
Confident and polite personality
Sales follow-up mindset
Organized with lead tracking
Experience in real estate/interior sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
