Job Purpose

The Relationship Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients, driving brokerage revenue, and building long-term client relationships by offering suitable trading and investment solutions. The role contributes directly to business growth through client acquisition, revenue generation, and cross-selling of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

· Acquire new clients for Trading and Demat accounts through active prospecting

· Generate revenue through brokerage and investment product sales

· Cross-sell equity, derivatives, and advanced brokerage products based on client needs

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Retail and HNI clients

· Understand client profiles and recommend appropriate investment/trading solutions

· Achieve assigned client acquisition and revenue targets

· Maintain accurate client and sales records as per company process

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Skills & Competencies Required

Technical Skills

· Strong understanding of stock market and securities industry

· Basic knowledge of equity, derivatives, and investment products

· Familiarity with sales processes and client acquisition

Behavioural Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Target-driven with a strong go-getter attitude

· Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

· High learning agility and adaptability

· Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills

Qualifications

· Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate

· Prior experience in stock broking or financial services is an added advantage

· NISM Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

· Freshers with strong interest in financial markets may be considered

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

· Number of new Trading/Demat accounts acquired

· Brokerage and revenue generated

· Cross-sell conversion ratio

· Client retention and relationship quality

· Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

Work Conditions

· Desk-based role (No field work)

· Fixed shift: 8:55 AM – 06:00 PM
