Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Meet potential customers and explain products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel if required.
