Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

🏢 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive who is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, with basic understanding of English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating sales, handling customer queries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.

• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details.

• Follow up with customers to close pending sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.

🗣️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi (Mandatory).

• Basic understanding of English.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

• Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM systems preferred).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
