Job Title: Sales Executive
We are looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales and telecalling to be based at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, handling client interactions, and closing property deals through both phone-based sales and on-ground site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound tele-calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and walk-ins
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally and convert leads into site visits
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly over calls and meetings
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property site visits with clients
• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure timely closure of sales
• Negotiate pricing and terms in coordination with management
• Maintain and update CRM records, lead status, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for booking, documentation, and registration
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle
• Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude
