Job Title: Education Counsellor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Education Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a student-first approach, and the ability to understand individual aspirations and align them with suitable educational pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students regarding academic programs, career choices, and educational opportunities.

• Assess students’ interests, skills, and academic background to recommend suitable courses or institutions.

• Stay updated with current education trends, admission requirements, and program offerings.

• Conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions for students and parents.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners.

• Address student queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.

• Proven experience in student counselling, academic advising, or a similar role (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple students and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Preferred Attributes:
