Manage assigned client profiles (premium members).
Build trust and maintain regular contact via calls/WhatsApp/email.
Understand client preferences (age, caste, profession, location, etc.).
2. Matchmaking Assistance
Suggest suitable profiles based on client requirements.
Shortlist and recommend potential matches.
Coordinate between both parties for communication or meetings.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
Convert free users into paid/premium members.
Upsell higher packages or renewal plans.
Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
4. Follow-ups & Conversion
Regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
Handle objections and close deals.
Ensure high conversion ratio.
5. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Handle complaints or concerns professionally.
Provide quick solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure a smooth matchmaking experience.
6. Data Management & CRM
Update client details in CRM systems.
Track interactions, preferences, and progress.
Maintain proper documentation.
7. Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between potential brides/grooms and families.
Schedule calls/meetings between interested profiles.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
