Key Responsibilities
§ Generate admissions through lead conversion and sales activities.
§ Handle inquiries from students and parents via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
§ Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
§ Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
§ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
§ Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.
§ Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
§ Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.
§ Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process
