Urgent Hiring Requirement – Team Leader (Sales) | Creditt Trianglle | Mumabi - Malad West

We are looking to hire a highly driven and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales for Creditt Trianglle.

Designation: Team Leader – Sales

Location: Mumbai (Malad West)

Industry: Credit Consulting and Financial Services

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in telesales, inside sales, or financial services sales

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Salary Range: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage a team of sales executives

 Drive daily revenue and conversion targets

 Handle high-value client interactions and close deals over calls

 Monitor team productivity, follow-ups and lead management

 Train and mentor team members to improve conversion ratios

 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports

 Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets

Mandatory Skills

 Proven ability to close premium-value deals over phone calls

 Strong leadership and team management capabilities

 Excellent communication and objection-handling skills

 Experience in sales target planning and performance monitoring

 Ability to motivate teams and deliver consistent results

 Strong understanding of CRM and sales processes
