✔ Fresh Graduates – Start your career in banking

✔ Experienced Candidates – Undergraduates with 6–9 months of relevant experience

🔹 Good communication skills (English)

🔹 if English is not good then any Regional Language will work (Punjabi,Gujarati,Marathi,Oriya,Bengali)

💰 Salary & Rewards

💵 ₹17,500/month – Freshers

💵 ₹18,500/month – Experienced candidates

3. Enhanced Payouts – For NAPS/NATS registered candidates, full salary, TA, and RB will be released on the 7th of every month.

4. Hiring Persona Update – Restrictions remain on B.Pharm profiles unless the candidate has 12+ months of prior experience.
