Job Description
We are looking for a Female Owner Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in the real estate industry to manage relationships with property owners, maintain property inventory, and coordinate between owners and the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, along with a good understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
Coordinate with owners to acquire and update residential and commercial property listings.
Verify property details, pricing, availability, and required documentation.
Maintain an accurate and updated property inventory in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable property options based on client requirements.
Schedule and follow up on owner meetings, site visits, and property inspections.
Negotiate property terms and pricing with owners when required.
Ensure timely updates on property status, availability, and revisions.
Resolve owner queries and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Achieve monthly property onboarding and coordination targets.
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years of experience as an Owner Coordinator, Relationship Executive, or similar role in the real estate industry.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
