We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and company-provided leads.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Regularly follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate customer data and update the CRM system regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ensure all customer information and business data remain confidential.
