Job Title: Real Estate Tele Sales Executive

Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects and property offerings.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Answer customer inquiries regarding projects, pricing, location, and amenities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
