Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales, generate leads, and guide clients through buying real estate. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and market knowledge to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers
Maintain updated knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, and trends
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and legal teams for smooth transactions
Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales / direct sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and closing abilities
Basic understanding of property laws and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
💼 Preferred Qualities
Knowledge of local property markets (e.g., Mumbai micro-markets)
Ability to work on weekends/holidays (common in real estate)
Strong networking and lead-generation ability
