Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining property options, scheduling site visits, and managing the complete sales process through regular follow-ups. This is a purely office-based inside sales role with no field sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers over calls and virtual meetings.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
Maintain lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Real Estate Sales, B2B Sales, or Tele Sales.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
