Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Lead Generation Executive to identify potential buyers and investors, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills with the ability to convert inquiries into site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Source and collect fresh buyer and investor data from property portals, online platforms, social media, and other lead generation channels.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads on a daily basis.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to potential clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize lead conversion.
Update lead status, client interactions, and follow-up records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover and client management.
Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, websites, social media platforms, and property portals.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new property launches.
Submit daily activity reports and performance updates to the reporting manager.
Achieve assigned lead generation, site visit, and conversion targets.

3–5 Site Visits Scheduled Per Week
100% CRM Update Compliance
Daily EOD Report Submission

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of Real Estate sales and property market
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
Min. 1 year Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling, Lead Generation, Sales, or Customer Support will be preferred
