JOB TITTLE: Tele Calling Executive (Female Preferred – Real Estate)

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate (mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to handle client queries and build lasting relationships

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to prospective clients from the provided database

• Introduce and explain the company’s real estate projects and offerings

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Schedule site visits and follow up with potential buyers

• Maintain accurate client databases and call records

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally

Qualification:

Minimum: Higher Secondary (H.S.) or Graduation

Salary:

The salary will be performance-based, with no fixed upper limit for the right candidate. It will

start from 17,000 and may increase based on skills, experience, and overall performance.
