Real Estate Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who has hands-on experience in property sales, client acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end sales activities, generating qualified leads, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Schedule and conduct site visits, property presentations, and project demonstrations.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to potential buyers.
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain and update customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM data.
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate deals and assist clients in completing documentation and booking formalities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
Participate in property exhibitions, events, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
Required Skills
