Job Summary
The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into sales. The role involves communicating with potential customers, explaining products or services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries from potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
Explain company products, pricing, and offers to customers.
Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers.
Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system or sales records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Required Skills

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (BBA / BCom / MBA preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, inbound calling, or customer support.
