Knovatik Tech Vision Pvt. Ltd. is hiring International Customer Care Executives for US-based processes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls for US customers
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records in CRM systems
Follow call quality, compliance, and company guidelines
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience in international BPO / customer support preferred
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude
Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
