Knovatik Tech Vision Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our international client base, primarily in the US market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
Outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients
Pitch company services (Lead Generation, BPO, Digital Marketing)
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth onboarding
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
Maintain CRM with accurate sales and client data
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Experience in international B2B sales or business development
Knowledge of US markets (Insurance, Finance, Home Services preferred)
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Eligibility
Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
1–5 years of relevant experience
