Sales Development Representative
Shift: US Time Zone 18:00 - 03:30
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and telemarketing activities.
• Engage prospective clients and introduce company services effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with potential customers to understand requirements and schedule follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in lead conversion and business development efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client feedback.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good accent and fluency in English.
• Strong confidence and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle client conversations effectively.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction will be an added advantage.
Mandatory to have experience with International process.
