Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or handle incoming inquiries regarding our Insurance/services.
Lead Conversion: Understand customer requirements, address their queries or objections effectively, and close sales deals successfully over the phone.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information and professional assistance.
Follow-Up Management: Regularly follow up with warm leads via calls or WhatsApp to ensure eventual conversion.
Data Management: Accurately record details of customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales transactions in the CRM software or database.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and lead generation metrics.
Prefeered Candidate :
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Freshers is also elgible
