Job Description – Medical Insurance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to explain medical/health insurance policies

• Handle inbound customer queries related to health insurance plans

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products

• Generate leads and convert them into policy sales

• Maintain accurate customer details and call records in CRM

• Follow up with interested customers for documentation and closure

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and post-sales support

• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass / Graduate / Post Graduate

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

• Ability to handle customer calls professionally

• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

• Experience in health/medical insurance calling is an advantage
