We are looking for a Health Insurance Advisor to join our team at 3i Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. The role involves guiding customers in selecting suitable health insurance plans, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting overall sales and customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate health insurance plans.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer details and policy information.
Verify documents, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with queries related to policies, claims, and renewals.
Generate reports and maintain records for internal tracking and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company data.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass with 6 month experience in sales or insurance
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of health insurance products and industry practices is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
