Job Summary:
S.V. Hi-Tech Bearings is looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Executive to support B2B sales operations in the industrial / bearings segment. This role is ideal for freshers interested in industrial sales, customer coordination, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone and email
Perform customer follow-ups and relationship management
Prepare sales quotations, proforma invoices, and basic documentation
Assist in order processing, order tracking, and dispatch coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution
Maintain CRM / sales records and customer data
