Job Description – Inside Sales Representative
Location: Delhi/NCR
Department: Sales
Work Mode: Hybrid
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 6 months–1 year
Salary: ₹15,000–₹19,000/month, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to prospective customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the Sales/Business Development team.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Coordinate with Business Development and Technical teams.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build relationships with prospective clients.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 months–1 year experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or IT Sales.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
B2B client handling and relationship-management experience.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Zoho CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred.
IT/SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity sales experience is an added advantage.
