Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional communication style.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
