We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and pricing to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain customer information and call records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Previous telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 and attractive incentives
