Job Title: Sales Man – FMCG / Nutraceutical & Freeze-Dried Products

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Adajan Road)

About Us

We are Nutra-Vita, a growing FMCG and nutraceutical brand specializing in high-quality freeze-dried products, including dairy powders (camel milk, goat milk, cow milk), herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables, tofu and other natural food ingredients. Our products are 100% natural, preservative-free and catered to both retail and B2B channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Man to join our team and drive sales growth across retail and wholesale markets. You will play a key role in expanding our product reach, building strong client relationships, and representing the Nutra-Vita brand on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with retailers, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and other business clients
✔ Promote and sell our FMCG and nutraceutical products to achieve monthly targets
✔ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
✔ Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits clearly
✔ Ensure excellent product visibility and distribution coverage
✔ Collect market feedback and competitive insights
✔ Assist in executing local sales promotions and brand-building activities
✔ Record daily sales and report progress to the sales supervisor/manager

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 2–6 years’ experience in field sales (FMCG or related industries preferred)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
✔ Presentable, confident and customer-oriented
✔ Good understanding of retail & distribution channels
✔ Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
