Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with basic accounting knowledge to handle client queries and provide effective support. The ideal candidate should have experience working with accounting software and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
Provide support related to accounting and financial queries
Work on accounting software for issue resolution and data handling
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Hands-on experience with any accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, etc.)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Candidate:
Commerce background (B.Com or related field)
