Sales & Marketing Executive – Banking & Financial Services at Excess Finserve (since 1999)
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate new customer leads through digital marketing, social media, referrals, field marketing and other channels.
• Conduct cold calling and telecalling to identify potential customers and generate business enquiries.
• Follow up with leads, understand their financial requirements and convert them into customers.
• Explain loan and banking products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates and basic product terms to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and coordinate with customers until application/login and further processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
• Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA or Financial Services preferred/required.
• Strong knowledge of loans, financial products and banking products.
• Should understand products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Vehicle Loan, Credit Card, etc.
• Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills with confidence in cold calling and telecalling.
• Target-oriented, proactive and capable of generating business independently.
Experience: 1–3 Years
