The Education Counsellor is responsible for handling incoming leads by making outbound calls, understanding students’ needs, and guiding them toward suitable courses. The role includes converting leads into walk-ins, conducting counselling sessions, following up regularly, and closing admissions. The counsellor ensures a positive experience for students throughout the enquiry-to-enrollment journey and achieves admission targets.
