Job Title: E-commerce Tele Sales Executive

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven E-commerce Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling telephonic sales, customer follow-ups, and supporting our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in online product selling or telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales

• Handle inbound customer queries related to products and orders

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce Telesales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces is preferred

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
