Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with experience in inbound and outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

• Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Explain services and resolve customer queries

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve sales and conversion targets

Required Skills

• Experience in telesales or telecalling

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
