Job Description:
RS Caterers is hiring a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer data, support internal coordination, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires accuracy, organization, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer and client information accurately in the CRM system.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely corrections of errors or irregularities.
Maintain and organize physical and digital customer records for easy access.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer service and operations.
Generate CRM reports and summaries for internal review and decision-making.
Assist with administrative tasks when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company information.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: As per company requirement
Experience: Relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email).
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational week off.
